Difference between galvanized bridge and hot dip galvanized Bridge
Date:2020-10-11
In the industry, steel bridge is a common type, and the writing method of galvanized bridge will appear in many bid sheets. What do we often say about galvanized bridge?
1. If galvanizing refers to the base steel plate of the bridge, galvanizing refers to the galvanized steel plate
① The galvanized sheet is directly used as the bridge without surface treatment. This method has low cost, but the corrosion resistance effect is poor due to the low zinc content of the galvanized sheet. Some galvanized sheets have zinc flowers on the surface, and some have no zinc flowers. Zinc content can be divided into 60g, 80g and 120g.
② After the galvanized sheet is made into a bridge, the surface is sprayed with powder (commonly known as baking paint), which has good anti-corrosion effect and high cost performance.
1. Galvanizing refers to high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing. The base material of the bridge is hot-rolled steel plate. After making the bridge, it is put into the zinc bath for high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing. This kind of bridge has good anti-corrosion effect, but the cost is very high, and hot-dip galvanizing is not environmental friendly
You can determine which kind of steel bridge is suitable for each case according to the above contents...
